About UNBC
The University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC) is a research-intensive university located in Prince George, British Columbia, Canada. Founded in 1990 and opened in 1994, UNBC has established itself as a leader in education and research focused on northern issues, with a particular emphasis on understanding and addressing the unique challenges and opportunities of northern regions.

Academic Regulations and Policies

Students were required to maintain a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) to remain in good standing. Students whose GPA fell below the required minimum were placed on academic probation or required to withdraw.

Academic Integrity
Plagiarism, cheating, and other forms of academic misconduct were considered serious offenses. Penalties could range from a zero on the assignment to suspension or expulsion from the university.
Tuition and Fees 2015-2016
