Capacity Building Program

Our comprehensive training program equips TVET institution leaders and instructors with modern pedagogical techniques, curriculum design skills, and assessment methods. Since inception, we have trained over 3,500 educators from 40 countries through workshops, online courses, and international fellowships.

Innovation Lab

The Innovation Lab serves as a testing ground for new teaching technologies and methodologies. This state-of-the-art facility develops virtual reality simulations, automated assessment tools, and other educational innovations that are piloted and then made available to partner institutions.

Youth Skills Initiative

Designed to address youth unemployment, this program creates pathways for young people to acquire marketable technical skills. Working with local governments and private sector partners, we have established skills centers in underserved communities, helping over 10,000 youth secure employment since 2015.

Green Skills Academy

Responding to the growing demand for expertise in sustainable technologies, the Green Skills Academy develops curriculum and training materials for renewable energy installation, energy efficiency retrofitting, environmental monitoring, and other green economy occupations.

Assessment and Certification Hub

This initiative establishes national standards for skills assessment and develops industry-recognized certification frameworks. Our assessment methodologies ensure consistency and quality across different TVET providers, creating a transparent system for employers to verify competencies.

Government Collaborations

We work directly with education ministries and national TVET authorities to develop strategic plans, reform systems, and implement quality assurance frameworks. Our policy advisory services have informed TVET reforms in 25 countries across five continents.

Industry Partnerships

Our industry advisory board includes representatives from manufacturing, technology, construction, healthcare, and other key sectors. These partnerships ensure our research and programs address real employer needs and create direct pathways from training to employment. Current corporate partners include global technology firms, construction companies, and manufacturing enterprises.

International Organizations

We maintain strategic alliances with UNESCO, ILO, World Bank, OECD, and regional development banks. These collaborations allow us to contribute to global policy discussions, access funding for large-scale projects, and disseminate our findings to decision-makers worldwide.

Academic Network

The TVET Research Center has formal partnerships with 45 universities and research institutions across the globe. This network facilitates joint research projects, student exchanges, and faculty development programs, creating a community of practice advancing TVET scholarship.

Success Stories

Manufacturing Skills Initiative: In cooperation with national manufacturers association, we developed a specialized curriculum for precision manufacturing that has been adopted by 28 TVET institutions. Graduates of this program have shown a 40% higher employment rate compared to traditional programs, with average starting salaries 25% above the industry baseline.

Digital Learning Transformation: Our virtual welding training simulation developed in the Innovation Lab is now used in 15 countries, reducing training costs by 60% while improving assessment accuracy. Institutions using this technology report a 35% faster time to certification.
