Are you ready to make this summer the most memorable one yet? Serenity Summer Adventures Camp is the perfect place for children aged 7 to 15 to explore the great outdoors, build new friendships, and develop skills that will last a lifetime. Located in the heart of nature, our camp combines exciting activities with a safe, nurturing environment for every camper.

Our mission is to inspire confidence, creativity, and a love for adventure in every child who joins us. Whether it's hiking through whispering forests, learning to kayak across shimmering lakes, or enjoying nightly campfires under the stars, Serenity Summer Adventures Camp offers an enriching experience that feeds the mind, body, and spirit.

Camp Sessions and Dates

We offer multiple sessions throughout the summer to accommodate your schedule. Each session lasts two weeks and is filled with diverse activities tailored to various age groups and interests.

• Session 1: June 15 June 29
• Session 2: July 5 July 19
• Session 3: July 26 August 9
• Session 4: August 12 August 26

Each session includes weekday activities from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with optional overnight campouts for experienced campers ages 10 and up. Early drop-off and late pick-up options are available to support busy families.

Activities and Programs

Our camps programs focus on hands-on experiences designed to cultivate new skills and spark a sense of wonder. Some highlights include:

• Outdoor Exploration: Guided nature hikes, plant and animal identification, orienteering, and scavenger hunts.
• Water Adventures: Swimming lessons, kayaking, canoeing, and safe water games at our private lake.
• Creative Arts: Campfire storytelling, crafts with natural materials, photography basics, and theater workshops.
• Sports and Games: Team-building exercises, cooperative games, archery, and low ropes challenge course.
• Environmental Education: Workshops on conservation, sustainability, and how to be a responsible outdoor citizen.

Safety is our top priority. All activities are supervised by trained staff who hold certifications in first aid, CPR, and youth counseling.

Who Can Attend?

Serenity Summer Adventures Camp welcomes campers ages 7 through 15, grouped by age to ensure appropriate challenge levels and social dynamics:

• Junior Explorers (7-9 years old)
• Adventure Seekers (10-12 years old)
• Trailblazers (13-15 years old)

Registration Process

Registering your child for Serenity Summer Adventures Camp is easy and straightforward. Please follow these steps:

1. Choose the session(s) you wish to attend based on your schedule and your childs age.
2. Complete the registration form below with accurate information.
3. Submit a health form and any necessary medical documentation at least two weeks before your session starts.
4. Review and accept our camp policies and code of conduct.
5. Submit your payment to secure your spot in the camp session(s).

Spaces are limited to maintain small camper-to-staff ratios, so early registration is recommended.

Fees and Payment

The cost per two-week session is $650, which includes all materials, meals, snacks, and transportation for off-site activities. Additional charges apply for optional overnight campouts ($75 per campout) and extended day care services ($50 per week).

We offer a 10% sibling discount for families enrolling more than one child, as well as a limited number of scholarships based on financial need. Please contact our office if you would like to apply for a scholarship or discuss payment plans.

Health and Safety Guidelines

The health and well-being of your child is our utmost priority. Before attending camp, please ensure the following:

• Submit an up-to-date immunization record.
• Complete and provide the health history form.
• Inform us about allergies, medications, or special needs.

Our staff members are trained to administer medication and respond to emergencies. We maintain daily health screenings and follow CDC guidelines to create a safe environment for campers and staff alike.

Preparing Your Child for Camp

To ensure your child has the best possible experience at Serenity Summer Adventures Camp, help them prepare by:

• Involving them in packing their gearcomfort and functionality are key. We recommend lightweight clothing, sturdy shoes, a water bottle, sunscreen, and a rain jacket.
• Discussing camp activities in advance to build excitement and reduce anxiety.
• Encouraging a positive attitude toward making new friends and trying new things.
• Labeling all belongings to avoid loss or confusion.

We will send a detailed welcome packet with a packing list, directions, and daily schedule once your registration is confirmed.
