  • Interpret basic nutrition labels and apply them to Vietnamese market products.

Accreditation & Certification

Upon successful completion of the coursework, a final practical assessment, and a written exam (minimum 80% pass mark), participants receive the:

  • Certified Nutrition for Yoga (CNY) Vietnam credential.
  • Continuing Education Units (CEUs) recognized by the Yoga Alliance (RYT200 & RYT500).
  • Eligibility for future advanced modules such as Clinical Nutrition for Yoga Therapists.

Live Interactive Sessions: Four realtime webinars (each 2hours) led by certified nutritionists and senior yoga educators. Sessions are recorded for later review.

Community Forum: A private Facebook group and a Slack channel where participants share recipes, case studies, and receive peer feedback.

Practicum: Each trainee must conduct a 60minute nutritionfocused yoga workshop for a real audience and submit a reflective report.
