We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

MotoXpress accepts returns within 30 days of purchase, provided that the product is unused, in the original packaging, and with all tags attached. Some products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to personalized items, helmets for safety reasons, and products marked as "final sale."

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
