Submission Guidelines

Formatting
Manuscripts must follow the IEEE conference template, be typed in Times New Roman 10pt, doublespaced, and include an abstract of 150250 words. References should adhere to the APA 7th edition style.
Review Process
Each submission undergoes a doubleblind peerreview by at least three experts. Acceptance decisions are based on originality, relevance to conference themes, methodological rigor, and clarity of presentation.
