Standard German Language Courses
Our standard courses provide structured learning following the Goethe-Institut curriculum. These courses are suitable for beginners through to advanced learners, with each level typically lasting 8-10 weeks depending on the intensity.

Intensive Courses
For those who want to learn German at a faster pace, we offer intensive courses that cover the same curriculum in a shorter time period. These courses are ideal for students planning to study in Germany or professionals who need to achieve language proficiency quickly.
Our intensive courses are conducted as morning sessions (Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM) or evening sessions (Monday-Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM).

Examination Fees 2022
Goethe-Zertifikat exams are internationally recognized certificates of German language proficiency. We offer these examinations at all CEFR levels throughout the year.

Private Lessons
For individualized attention and flexible scheduling, we offer one-on-one German language instruction. Private lessons are tailored to your specific needs, learning pace, and schedule.

Group discounts: Corporate bookings of 5 or more employees receive a 15% discount. Group bookings of 10 or more employees receive a 20% discount.
Payment Information
Course fees should be paid in full before the start of each course. We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash (in person at our office)
- Bank transfer
- Mobile money (MTN and Airtel)
- Credit/Debit cards (Visa and Mastercard)

Discounts and Scholarships
Early Bird Discount
Register and pay at least 2 weeks before course commencement to receive a 5% early bird discount.
Continuing Student Discount
Students who have completed at least one full level with us receive a 5% discount on subsequent course enrollments.
Student Discount
Full-time university students with valid ID cards receive a 10% discount on all standard courses.
Family Discount
When two or more family members from the same household enroll in the same term, each receives a 7.5% discount.
Note: Only one discount can be applied per enrollment. The highest applicable discount will be automatically applied.
Terms and Conditions
- Registration is only complete upon full payment of course fees.
- Course fees are not refundable after the commencement of a course.
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before course start date incur a 20% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of course start date incur a 50% administrative fee.
- In case of course cancellation by Goethe-Zentrum Kampala, full fees will be refunded.
- Missed classes cannot be refunded, but where possible, students may attend alternative class sessions with prior arrangement.
- Unless explicitly stated, course fees do not include examination fees.
