1. Fee Structure (20262027)

What is included? Tuition covers curriculum materials, indoor & outdoor activities, meals (midmorning snack and lunch), transportation (if opted), and regular parentteacher meetings. Extracurricular workshops (e.g., music, art, yoga) are offered at a nominal additional cost.

• Earlybird discount 5% off if admission is confirmed before 31March.
• Siblings discount 7% off the second childs tuition.
• Meritbased scholarship Up to 10% waiver for children who excel in the entrance assessment.

2. Admission Process

Step1 Inquiry & Campus Tour

Prospective parents can register their interest through the email or call+919876543210. A campus visit can be scheduled at a convenient time. During the tour, staff will explain the curriculum, safety measures, and daily routine.

Step2 Submission of Application Form

Download the online form from the Admissions page or collect a hard copy at the reception. Required documents:

• Childs birth certificate (original & photocopy)
• Residence proof (utility bill, ration card, etc.)
• Parents ID proof (Aadhaar / Passport)
• Recent passportsize photograph of the child

Step3 Entrance Assessment

All candidates undergo a short, playbased assessment designed to gauge basic motor skills, language comprehension, and social interaction. The assessment is noncompetitive and lasts about 30minutes.

Step4 Interview with Parents

The principal or senior teacher meets the parents to discuss expectations, the childs needs, and the schools philosophy. This is an opportunity for parents to ask questions about health policies, meals, or extracurricular options.

Step5 Admission Confirmation

Upon successful assessment, a provisional admission letter is issued. Parents must:

1. Pay the admission fee (nonrefundable)
2. Submit the security deposit (refundable at the time of leaving, subject to conditions)
3. Complete the medical declaration form and attach recent health checkup reports.

Step6 Orientation Day

The first week of the new academic session is dedicated to orientation. Children meet their teachers, get accustomed to the classroom layout, and participate in icebreaker activities. Parents are invited for a brief walkthrough and to receive the parent handbook.

3. Policies Parents Should Know

• Attendance: Minimum 80% attendance is required for progression to the next level.
• Leave & Absence: Parents must inform the school at least 24hours in advance. A medical certificate is required for sick leaves exceeding three consecutive days.
• Uniform: The school provides a comfortable, breathable uniform set. Each child receives two sets per year.
• Meals: A nutritious menu is prepared daily. Special dietary requirements (e.g., allergies, vegetarian) are accommodated with prior notice.
• Safety: CCTV coverage, childproofed classrooms, and regular fire drills are part of the safety protocol.
