2. Acceptance of Order

3. Price and Payment

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Warranty does not cover:

- The seller shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenue.
10. Force Majeure
The seller shall be excused from any performance obligations that are prevented, hindered, or delayed by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, epidemics, or governmental actions.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed in the course of the contract. This obligation survives termination of the contract.
12. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the goods, services, documentation, and any related materials remain the property of the seller or its licensors. The buyer receives only a nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use such materials for the purpose for which they were supplied.
13. Termination
- Either party may terminate the contract in writing if the other party breaches a material term and fails to cure the breach within 15 days of notice.
- Upon termination, the buyer must pay for all goods delivered and services performed up to the termination date.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
