  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Steps
  1. Combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger in a small bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over mediumhigh heat.
  3. Add chicken; stircook 45 minutes until lightly browned.
  4. Add vegetables; continue cooking 34 minutes, stirring frequently.
