About Tamil Nadu Open University
Tamil Nadu Open University (TNOU) was established by the Government of Tamil Nadu in 2002 through Act No. 27 of 2002. As the 14th Open University in India, TNOU has been at the forefront of democratizing higher education in Tamil Nadu and beyond.
