This systematic review and meta-analysis examine the current state of study habits among students in Iranian medical universities, identifying patterns, challenges, and effective strategies that contribute to academic success.
This systematic review followed the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines to ensure methodological rigor. The search strategy encompassed multiple databases including PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and Persian databases such as SID and Magiran. Keywords related to study habits, medical students, Iranian universities, and educational psychology were used in various combinations.
