About Seymour House
Seymour House is a boutique residential property ideally located in the heart of the city. Originally built in 1925, our building has been beautifully renovated to preserve its historic charm while incorporating modern amenities that discerning residents expect.
Our property features 45 spacious apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom units, each thoughtfully designed with high ceilings, large windows, and quality finishes. The common areas include a rooftop garden, fitness center, and resident lounge, creating a perfect balance of private and community spaces.
Getting Started
To make your move-in process as smooth as possible, please follow these steps:

Policies and Guidelines
To ensure a pleasant living environment for all, we ask residents to observe the following guidelines:
Noise
Please be considerate of your neighbors regarding noise. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM on weekends. During these times, music, television, and other activities should be kept at a respectful volume.
Pets
We welcome well behaved pets in Seymour House! All pets must be registered with management, vaccinated, and kept on a leash in common areas. A refundable pet deposit is required. Please review the complete pet policy in your lease agreement.
Guests
Residents are welcome to have guests stay overnight for up to 7 consecutive nights. Guests staying beyond this period must receive prior approval from management. All guests must comply with building policies while on the premises.
Smoking
Seymour House is a smoke-free environment. This includes all apartments, common areas, balconies, and the rooftop garden. Thank you for your cooperation in creating a healthy environment for all residents.
Building Access & Security
Your apartment is equipped with a secure locking system. Building entry is controlled via key fob 24/7. Please report any malfunctioning locks or security concerns to management immediately.
Lost key fobs should be reported promptly to management. Replacement key fobs are available for a $50 fee. For security reasons, please never share your key fob or building access code with unauthorized individuals.
Maintenance & Repairs
Our maintenance team is available to address any issues within your apartment. For routine matters, please submit a maintenance request through our online portal or contact the front desk during operating hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM). For emergencies such as water leaks or heating failures, please call our emergency maintenance line at 555-0123.
Please note that residents are responsible for any damage to the apartment or building beyond normal wear and tear, as detailed in your lease agreement.
Rent and Payments
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. We offer several convenient payment options:
- Online payment through our resident portal
- Automatic bank transfer
- Personal check or money order dropped at the management office
Late fees will be applied for payments received after the 5th of the month. Please contact management in advance if you anticipate any payment difficulties.
