Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC)

Overview

The Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC) is the constitutional body responsible for maintaining the integrity, professionalism, and efficiency of the civil service in the Kingdom. Established under the Royal Decree on Civil Service, the commission operates independently of the executive branch, ensuring that the recruitment, promotion, and discipline of civil servants are based on merit and transparent procedures.
