About Peter Williams
Peter Williams is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with more than 15 years of experience in clinical, community, and privatepractice settings. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Texas at Austin and later completed a Masters degree in Public Health Nutrition at the University of Washington. Peter is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, holds a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) credential, and regularly contributes to peerreviewed journals on topics ranging from sports nutrition to chronic disease management.
Peters passion for nutrition began in his teenage years when he witnessed a close family member struggle with uncontrolled type2 diabetes. Determined to make a difference, he turned his curiosity into a career, blending scientific rigor with empathy to empower clients to make sustainable food choices. His philosophy centers on the belief that nutrition is not a onesizefitsall prescription; it is a tailored roadmap that honors each persons culture, lifestyle, and goals.
