Introduction

General Instructions for Students

Admit Card

• Students must collect their admit cards from their respective colleges before the commencement of examinations.
• In case of any discrepancy in the admit card, students must immediately inform their college authorities and get it corrected.
• Students must carry their admit card to the examination center on all examination days.

COVID-19 Safety Protocols

• All students must wear face masks during the examination.
• Social distancing must be maintained at all times within the examination center.
• Students must carry their own hand sanitizer into the examination hall.
• Thermal screening will be conducted at the entrance of the examination center.
• Students exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms will not be allowed to enter the examination center.
• Sharing of pens, pencils, erasers, or any other items is strictly prohibited.

Examination Hall Guidelines

• Students must report to the examination center at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
• No electronic devices including mobile phones, smartwatches, or calculators (unless specified) are allowed in the examination hall.
• Students found in possession of unauthorized material or using unfair means will face strict disciplinary action.
• Students must write their roll number on the question paper and answer book as instructed.
• Questions must be answered according to the numbering system in the question paper.
• No additional sheets will be provided during the last 30 minutes of the examination.

Special Considerations

• Students with physical disabilities requiring special arrangements must inform the examination authorities at least one week prior to the examination date.
• Students with more than one examination scheduled on the same day should immediately contact their college authorities to resolve the clash.
• Request for change of examination center will not be entertained except in extraordinary circumstances.
• Students who missed examinations due to genuine medical emergencies may apply for special consideration with relevant medical documents.

Re-evaluation Process

• Re-evaluation forms will be available online at the university website after the declaration of results.
• The last date for submitting re-evaluation forms will be announced along with the results.
• Re-evaluation requests must be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
• The decision of the re-evaluation committee will be final and binding.
