MCom in Human Resource Management & Labour Relations
The Master of Commerce (MCom) in Human Resource Management (HRM) and Labour Relations equips graduates with the strategic, analytical, and practical skills required to lead peoplefocused initiatives in todays dynamic organisations. It blends the rigor of commerce with specialised knowledge of employment law, industrial relations, talent management and organisational development.
Employers increasingly need professionals who can balance business objectives with employee wellbeing, negotiate complex collective bargaining agreements and deploy datadriven HR solutions. This programme delivers precisely those capabilities.
The curriculum is delivered over two years (fulltime) or three to four years (parttime). Students complete a total of 48 credit points, including a research dissertation.
