Submission Guidelines

IJEPS accepts submissions on an ongoing basis. Authors are requested to follow these guidelines when preparing their manuscripts:

Article Types

  • Research Articles: Original research (4,000-7,000 words)
  • Review Articles: Comprehensive literature reviews (5,000-8,000 words)
  • Theoretical Papers: Conceptual contributions (3,000-5,000 words)
  • Practice Reports: Applications of educational research (2,000-4,000 words)
  • Book Reviews: Critical reviews of recent publications (1,000-2,000 words)

Preparation of Manuscripts

  1. All submissions should be in English, following APA 7th edition style.
  2. Manuscripts should be double-spaced with 12-point font.
  3. Include an abstract (150-250 words) and 4-6 keywords.
  4. Prior to submission, manuscripts should be checked for plagiarism using appropriate tools.
  5. Ensure all cited works have corresponding references.
  6. Tables and figures should be included at the end of the manuscript.

Submission Process

Authors should submit their manuscripts through our online submission system. First-time users will need to register as an author before submitting. The submission process includes:

  1. Uploading the manuscript (without author identification for initial peer review)
  2. Providing author information in a separate document
  3. Completing the submission checklist
  4. Confirming copyright transfer agreement
  5. Indicating potential reviewers (optional)

Publication Process

IJEPS follows a transparent and efficient publication process to ensure the quality and integrity of published content.

Peer Review

Upon submission, the editor-in-chief or managing editor conducts an initial screening to assess the manuscript's relevance to the journal's scope and basic adherence to guidelines. Manuscripts that pass this initial screening are subjected to double-blind peer review, where neither authors nor reviewers are aware of each other's identities.
