FOCUS T25 Challenge Group Guide

What Is the FOCUS T25 Challenge?

The FOCUS T25 Challenge is a 25day, highintensity program designed to help participants develop sustainable habits around productivity, mental clarity, and physical wellbeing. The T stands for Transformation a short, focused sprint that produces lasting change.

While the core challenge can be tackled solo, the most powerful results come from doing it as a group. Shared accountability, collective celebration, and the opportunity to learn from peers turn an ordinary habitbuilding effort into a communitydriven growth experience.

Why Join a Group?

  • Accountability: Knowing that others are counting on you reduces procrastination.
  • Motivation Boost: Seeing a teammate hit a milestone fuels your own momentum.
  • Peer Learning: Different perspectives reveal shortcuts and strategies you might miss.
  • Social Support: Challenges are easier when you have emotional backup.
  • Celebration: Group victories feel more rewarding than solo wins.

Group Structure

A typical FOCUS T25 group consists of 512 members. The group meets virtually (or in person) at the start, midpoint, and end of the challenge, and uses a shared online board to track daily progress.

Key Components

  1. 1. Kickoff Meeting (Day 0): Introductions, goalsetting, and agreement on rules.
  2. 2. Daily CheckIns: Quick updates on the shared board Done, Stuck, or Need help.
  3. 3. MidChallenge Review (Day 13): Evaluate progress, adjust tactics, and reenergize.
  4. 4. Final Celebration (Day 25): Share results, reflect, and discuss next steps.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assigning clear roles helps the group run smoothly. Below are the essential roles and what each entails.

  • Facilitator Leads meetings, keeps time, and ensures agenda items are covered.
  • Progress Tracker Updates the online board, records daily completions, and flags overdue items.
  • Motivation Champion Sends encouraging messages, celebrates microwins, and injects humor when needed.
  • Resource Curator Collects articles, videos, and tools related to the challenge topics and shares them.
  • Accountability Buddy (paired) Checks in personally with a designated partner each day.

Roles can rotate weekly to give everyone a chance to lead.

Suggested Weekly Schedule

Helpful Resources

All group members should have access to these tools. Choose the platform that best fits your teams workflow.

  • Shared Board: Trello, Notion, or Google Sheets set up columns Planned, InProgress, Done.
  • Timer App: Pomodone, Focus Keeper, or the builtin timer on your phone.
  • Reading List:
    • Atomic Habits by James Clear chapters 35.
    • Deep Work by Cal Newport part 2.
    • The Power of Full Engagement selected excerpts.
  • Video Guides: Short 5minute explainer videos on habit stacking (YouTube playlist link).
  • Community Chat: Slack channel or Discord server for quick questions and encouragement.

Tips for Maximising Success

  1. Start Small. The first three days should involve loweffort actions that guarantee a win.
  2. Make It Visible. Post a physical reminder (sticky note or whiteboard) in your workspace.
  3. Use Implementation Intentions. Phrase goals as When X happens, I will Y. e.g., When I finish lunch, I will start my 25minute deep work block.
  4. Celebrate Daily. Give yourself a microreward (a favorite tea, a 5minute stretch) after each completed task.
  5. Address Setbacks Quickly. If you miss a day, log the reason, adjust the plan, and move on dont let a single slip derail the whole group.
  6. Leverage Peer Feedback. During the midchallenge review, ask each member to share one strength and one area for improvement they observed in the group.
  7. Plan the Next Sprint. Treat the end of T25 as a springboard. Create a short T10 or T30 followup based on what worked best.

Getting Started Quick Checklist
