Your First Week at a Glance
Day 1: Getting Started
On your first day, you'll meet with HR for paperwork and benefits enrollment. You'll receive your ID badge, set up your computer accounts, and get a tour of the office. Your manager will introduce you to your immediate team and give you an overview of your position.
Days 2-3: Training and Setup
You'll receive training on our internal systems, tools, and software. You'll begin learning about your specific role and responsibilities, and start reviewing relevant documentation and processes.
Days 4-5: Initial Assignments
By the end of your first week, you'll likely begin working on small assignments or shadowing experienced team members. You'll have scheduled check-ins with your manager to address any initial questions.
