What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days before the conference to receive a full refund. Cancellations made 14-30 days before the conference will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event.

Can I transfer my registration to another person?

Yes, registrations can be transferred to another person up to 7 days before the conference at no additional cost. Please contact our registration team to process the transfer.

Are dietary requirements accommodated?

Absolutely! We can accommodate various dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-specific meals. Please indicate your needs during the registration process.

Is there Wi-Fi available at the venue?

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi will be available throughout the venue for all conference attendees.

Will the sessions be recorded?

All keynote sessions will be recorded and made available to Standard and VIP ticket holders after the conference. Selected breakout sessions may also be recorded.
