Indias Premier Celebration of Nutrition, Wellness, and Culinary Innovation
About Eat Right Mela
Eat Right Mela is an annual festival that brings together nutritionists, chefs, food manufacturers, farmers, and healthenthusiasts from across the country. Launched in 2015, the mela has grown into a vibrant platform where traditional Indian culinary wisdom meets modern nutritional science. The core mission is simple: inspire people to adopt healthier eating habits without compromising on flavor.
Held over three days in a spacious convention centre, the event attracts more than 50,000 visitors each year. Participants get a handson experience from live cooking demonstrations to interactive workshops on balanced diets, food safety, and sustainable sourcing. The mela also serves as a launchpad for new products that align with the Eat Right philosophy.
