Overview

Delhi Public School (DPS) Paradip Refinery follows a wellstructured academic calendar designed to assess student progress at regular intervals. The Periodic Tests for the session 202223 are spread across the first and second semesters, providing teachers and students clear milestones for learning evaluation.

The tests are organised by class sections (IXII) and cover the core subjects prescribed by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Important Instructions for Students & Parents

1. Attendance of at least 90% is mandatory to be eligible for the periodic test.
2. Students must bring a pen, pencil, eraser and a transparent ID card on the test day.
3. Electronic devices, cheat sheets or any form of unauthorized material are strictly prohibited.
4. Test papers will be collected only after the allotted time ends. Late submission will result in a zero for that paper.
5. Results will be declared within ten working days after each test. Parents can view them on the DPS parent portal.
6. Remedial classes will be organised for students scoring below 40% in any subject.
7. In case of unavoidable absence (medical emergency, family function), a written request with supporting documents must be submitted to the class teacher before the test day.

The school encourages a balanced preparation adequate revision, proper sleep, and a healthy diet are essential for optimal performance.
