5. Fair Dealing
We engage in fair competition, treat suppliers, partners, and competitors with respect, and never use improper influence to obtain an unfair advantage.
6. Respect in the Workplace

7. Environmental Responsibility
Our operations should minimize negative environmental impacts. Compliance with environmental laws and proactive sustainability initiatives are expected.
8. Gift, Entertainment, and Hospitality
Gifts or entertainment that could be perceived as influencing business decisions must be reasonable, transparent, and recorded in the appropriate system.
9. Bribery & Corruption
Providing, soliciting, or accepting bribes in any form is strictly prohibited. This includes facilitation payments, kickbacks, and any illicit benefits.
10. Financial Integrity

Compliance & Reporting
Compliance with the Code is monitored through internal audits, risk assessments, and periodic reviews. Employees are required to:
- Read and acknowledge the Code annually.

- Cooperate fully with investigations.
- Never retaliate against whistleblowers.
All reports are investigated impartially. Depending on the finding, corrective actions may include training, disciplinary measures, or legal action.
Training & Awareness
Ongoing education is essential for maintaining an ethical culture. The organization provides:

Review & Updates
The Code is a living document. It is reviewed at least once every two years, or more frequently if significant regulatory or business changes occur. Updates are communicated through:
