California Children's Services Eligible Medical Conditions

California Children's Services (CCS) is a state program that provides medical care, therapy services, and equipment to children and young adults under 21 years of age with certain eligible medical conditions. The program is designed to ensure that children with chronic, serious, or disabling medical conditions receive the specialized care they need regardless of family income.

Families who believe their child may qualify for CCS can:
