Bhabha University June 2022 Examination Timetable

General Examination Information

• Examination Dates: June 1 - June 30, 2022
• Timings: Morning Session (9:30 AM - 12:30 PM) and Afternoon Session (2:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
• Reporting Time: 20 minutes before the scheduled examination
• Admit Cards: Available on the university portal from May 15, 2022
• Dress Code: Formal or semi-formal attire
• Revised Timetable Changes: Last date of any changes to the timetable will be May 25, 2022, and notifications will be posted on the university website

Important Instructions for Students

• All candidates should reach the examination center at least 20 minutes before the commencement of the examination
• University identification card and examination hall ticket must be carried for every examination
• Entry to the examination hall will be closed 10 minutes after the commencement of the examination
• Students must write their roll number on every sheet of answer paper as per instructions
• Use of unfair means will result in immediate cancellation of the examination and possible disciplinary action
• Calculators, mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic devices are prohibited unless specifically mentioned in the question paper
• Students should not write anything on the question paper except their roll number, if required
• All writing materials (pens, pencils, erasers, etc.) should be carried in a transparent bag or container
• Students should not leave the examination hall before the completion of the examination time under normal circumstances
• All answer papers will be collected by the invigilator at the end of the examination time
• Medical emergencies will only be considered with appropriate documentation submitted after the examination

Special Provisions

Students with special needs should contact the Examination Office immediately to ensure appropriate accommodations are made. Documentation regarding the nature of accommodation required must be submitted by May 25, 2022.

For students participating in national/international sports events or other university-approved activities during the examination period, special examination arrangements may be made with prior approval. Applications for special arrangements must be submitted with relevant documentation by May 25, 2022.

Examination Venues

The June 2022 examinations will be conducted at the following venues:

• Main Campus: Examination Halls A, B, C, D
• Science Block: Laboratories 1-4 (converted to examination halls)
• Engineering Block: Lecture Halls 101-105
• Arts Block: Seminar Rooms 1-3
• Commerce Block: Conference Hall and Auditorium
• New for 2022: Sports Complex (Hall 6) for examinations requiring social distancing

Detailed room allocation will be displayed on the university website and notice boards one week before the commencement of examinations. Students are strongly advised to check their allotted room in advance to avoid confusion on examination days.

Examination Results and Grading

Results for the June 2022 examinations are expected to be declared by August 10, 2022. Results will be available on the official university website after evaluation. Students can also access their results through the university's mobile application.

Grading System:

• O (Outstanding): 90% and above
• A (Excellent): 80%89%
• B (Very Good): 70%79%
• C (Good): 60%69%
• D (Satisfactory): 50%59%
• E (Pass): 40%49%
• F (Fail): Below 40%

Answer paper evaluation will be conducted as per the university's assessment guidelines. Revaluation requests will be entertained within 15 days of result declaration with the prescribed fee of INR 300 per subject.
