2. Program Overview
2.1 EExchange
- Duration: 412 weeks (academic semester or summer term).

- Eligibility: Minimum GPA3.0, 2ndyear undergraduate or higher, proficient in English (or hostcountry language).
2.2 EInternship
- Duration: 824 weeks, fulltime or parttime.

5. StepbyStep Application Process
5.1 Create Your Account
Visit the official application portal, click Register, and complete the registration form. A verification email will be sent; follow the link to activate your account.
5.2 Fill Out the Online Form
Log in and select the program (EExchange or EInternship). The system will autopopulate personal details from your profile. Pay special attention to:
- Program choice and preferred host(s).
- Preferred start month (if flexible).
- Any special accommodations needed.
5.3 Upload Supporting Files

- Schedule an orientation webinar (dates listed in the portal).
Important: Failure to complete any of the above steps within the stipulated deadline may result in forfeiture of your place.
