Warning: If payment is not received by the final deadline of February 28, 2023, your license to practice pharmacy will be suspended until payment is made, including all applicable late fees and reinstatement fees.

Yes, employers may pay the annual fee on behalf of their pharmacists. However, the payment must be submitted with the pharmacist's specific ID and name to ensure proper crediting. We recommend having pharmacists verify that payment has been received before the deadline.
If you're not actively practicing, you may be eligible for the reduced inactive license fee of $175. You must submit an inactive status request form before December 15, 2022 to qualify for the reduced rate. Pharmacists with inactive licenses may not engage in any professional pharmacy activities.
Newly licensed pharmacists who received their initial license in 2022 are subject to a prorated fee of $175 for their first annual renewal. This amount will be reflected in your renewal notice. If you feel you have been charged incorrectly, please contact our office.
