I changed my name since my last renewal. How should I pay?

Please contact our office prior to making payment to update your records. This will ensure your payment is properly credited. Legal documentation of the name change may be required. You can reach our support team at support@pharmacyboard.gov or call 1-800-555-0199.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks, and money orders. For in-person payments, we also accept cash. Credit card payments can be made online or by phone. Please note that credit and debit card payments may be subject to a processing fee.

Can my employer pay my annual fee?

Yes, employers may pay the annual fee on behalf of their pharmacists. However, the payment must be submitted with the pharmacist's specific ID and name to ensure proper crediting. We recommend having pharmacists verify that payment has been received before the deadline.

I'm currently not practicing. Do I still need to pay the full fee?

If you're not actively practicing, you may be eligible for the reduced inactive license fee of $175. You must submit an inactive status request form before December 15, 2022 to qualify for the reduced rate. Pharmacists with inactive licenses may not engage in any professional pharmacy activities.

I graduated this year. Do I owe the full fee?

Newly licensed pharmacists who received their initial license in 2022 are subject to a prorated fee of $175 for their first annual renewal. This amount will be reflected in your renewal notice. If you feel you have been charged incorrectly, please contact our office.
